Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Boho Body is not required to accept returns that do not comply with the above.
Return shipping is at the customers expense. We recommend maintaining all shipping and tracking information as we don't accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
To start a return, you can contact us at symone@thebohobody.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Sadly, we don't do traditional exchanges.
The best way to go about this is to request a return as normal.
Once we receive your return , we will process your exchange with a store credit and then you are able to reorder the size/ item you would like, provided we have it in stock!
If you need a new size or style urgently, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do to help you out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have received an incorrect item, not as described or notice a fault, please email us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
The Boho Body is not required by Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund on returns due to size, fit or change of mind.
